Ford Ranger (2022-2025) New Generation DPF-Back Exhaust Module

Do you have an exhaust on your new generation ranger?
Do you now have an exhaust light because of the exhaust?

This module corrects the exhaust pressure signal on 2022+ Next-Gen Ranger 3.0L V6 Diesel models.

It allows fitment of less restrictive aftermarket exhaust systems, while preventing the ECU seeing an out of range (excessively low) exhaust pressure and logging a P2455 DTC.

Installation is very straight forward – it is connected inline with the exhaust pressure sensor mounted on the side on the transmission (beside the DPF). Located underneath the vehicle.

Any less-restrictive straight through exhaust system can be fitted – no restriction plate is required.

Important Notes:

  • This module works with both 3.0L V6 and 2.0L Bi-Turbo vehicles.
  • This module is not a DPF delete module – the DPF must be kept in place and in working order.
