Superior Engineering has designed the most high clearance of all Drop Boxes on the market.
Drop boxes are designed to drop the rear of your Radius arms on the Nissan Patrol GQ and GU.
By dropping the rear of the radius arm when a lift is performed it will greatly improve the drivability of the vehicle.
When the rear of the Radius Arms are lowered the same amount as the vehicle is lifted the suspension will work, bind free to allow the shocks and the coils to move within their full range.
Drop boxes loose slight ground clearance from under the 4wd drive but it will depend on your driving style and your driving habits if this will have any impact on your vehicle and your 4wding.
If your driving style is more over large rocks and logs and obstacles then Superior Engineering recommends our SUPERFLEX Arms.
If driving on the beach and more general road and general off road we recommend the drop boxes.
